We met Melanie at an open house, and she engaged in conversation with us. We both found her very friendly, approachable, and not over-bearing. We didn’t have an agent at the time, and agreed she seems like a person that could work with both of us. We really appreciated working with Melanie. She balanced our two opinions and always was honest with us and gave us the pluses and minuses to any property so that we could think it through. We never felt pressured, which was great.
