Until my wife and I met with Diane & Jen, we thought that the motto “meet and exceed customers’ expectation”, is only a desirable goal that cannot be achieved by anyone. Diane & Jen were able to transform our view towards such matter. Last year we decided to move from one of the Ottawa suburbs to downtown. We were worried that our modest budget was not reconcilable with the prime location and an in-decent-state building we were looking for. Well, thanks to the unmatched professionalism displayed by Diane & Jen, we were able to find the condo we were looking for, at the desired location, within our budget, and in a relatively short period of time.
