594 Tweedsmuir Ave and 253 Avondale Ave, Westboro

Welcome to our Construction Diary! We thought it would be fun to follow UrbanContent as they build two modern semi-detached homes at the corner of Avondale and Tweedsmuir Avenues. You may be accustomed to seeing the completed (and staged) new construction homes, but ever wonder what goes into a big project like that? Please check back periodically as we catch up with the project at different stages of construction.

August 22, 2017 – More interior and exterior progress. Tiles are on site, some are installed. Landscaping and more   interior finishes on the near horizon.

 July 1, 2017 – Drywall complete and exterior cladding almost done. Next to come… maple hardwood floors!

March 1, 2017 – The building is all framed! 

March 28, 2017 – HVAC is in, along with some insulation
